2020 HOLIDAY UPDATE

Thank you for the overwhelming support this year.

We knew 2020 would be busy, kicking off with two new covers including Stormlight art, our largest growing fandom. Even treading cautiously through uncertain times, this year has continued to surprise us.

We have been printing and shipping orders since mid-November. We appreciate everyone’s patience through the release of 3 new prints. While we’ve had a few unexpected pauses due to supply chain disruption of paper and ink, we are currently working through the last remaining orders before 12-16″ of snow arrives in Connecticut tomorrow.

Our cutoff for holiday shipping (arrival by Christmas) was December 13.

We will do our best to get out as many orders that came in after that deadline as we can, but weather conditions may have us snowed in for a few days.

We have been closely monitoring progress on shipments through all of our carriers. USPS is particularly challenged right now by the volume of holiday shipping combined with staffing shortages due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We ship most prints USPS priority 3 day and have been seeing delays of 2+ weeks from late November. Packages seem to be moving more steadily through the USPS distribution network this week.

If you have questions or concerns about your order arriving for the holidays, please contact us. We’ll do our best to give you an accurate picture of where your shipment is and when you can expect delivery.

We hope to be greeting you early in 2021 with offerings of original art from RHYTHM OF WAR and FAHRENHEIT 451.

Until then, we wish you all a safe holiday season.
