Set against a vibrant blue but cloudy sky, a woman wearing only a few small pieces of jewelry is framed by the V-shaped limbs of a dead tree. At first glance, it appears that her wrists are tied, but she's holding tight to the white cloth that wraps around each desiccated limb. As she leans forward with all of her weight, she stares off into the distance. The silky fabric she grips is covered in a pattern of thin gold ovals. Like her shoulder-length blonde hair, the ends of cloth are carried by the breeze. The skull of a bird hangs around her neck on a rigid chain. A similarly beaded chain wraps doubly around one calf, another an anklet on her back leg. Å rust colored star hanging by a string is tangled in the thin branches above her.

A tightening concrete spiral overgrown with moss takes the shape of a huge flower. A boy sits on the outer edge of the spiral with one leg dangling down and the other knee up with hands cupped around it.

Slender trees, as seen among the clouds from below, slant upward, branching bronchial-like to support a leafy path that winds in a reverse S-shape and thins as it fades behind prominent more prominent trunks in the foreground. Golden twilight bathes the pale texture of the trees, and although the sky is still blue, a sliver of crescent moon hangs in the upper left. Standing atop the trees in the distance, a figure struggles with a line attached to a red gas-powered kite. Black smoke trails off the kite and the tail of the kite falls limply below it.

$A solitary figure in white robes stands beneath a streetlight on an eroding cone of earth. In her hands she cradles the spiral of an ammonite fossil as she stares up at the yellow light. There is barely any platform left to stand on as the peak descends in thin winding ridges, bare rock at the peak but mossy and green at the base of the eroded mountain. A heart on a chain dangles off the edge. The sky beyond billows in violent potential with the horizon painted a gradient of pale to vibrant orange. Land parts to sea in fractal-like tendrils, receding to black water except where it glistens green from light filtering through the storm front's edge.$

Set against a soft blue sky and a pillow of clouds, a woman with long red hair wearing a white catsuit with tank top struggles with the vines of a tangly beanstalk. She pulls on one long tendril with her arm bent to anchor while a cluster of vines runs behind her back steadied by her other arm. She sits back bent at the waist climbing with her weight almost wholly dependent on the vine, although her bare feet do have purchase where the beanstalk angles upward in ascent. From her right hip dangles an array of stars hanging from long strands, tied at her waist. Twisting around in the open air, the face of some stars catch golden light from below. Similarly shaped tokens can be seen embedded above her in the thick curling foliage.
