Established on Cape Cod in 1986, the gallery at Tree’s Place is billed as one of America’s Finest Contemporary Galleries.
Michael first exhibited his fine art at Tree’s Place in 1997, a tremendous debut that led him to focus on his own personal visions and largely move away from illustration. Over the years, Michael has followed up with several successful showings, both joint exhibitions and one man shows.
The upcoming exhibition “Large as Life” showcases a new collection of work that “will demonstrate his unparalleled ability to give shape to imagined worlds and entities through his personal brand of visual storytelling.”
Paintings recently featured on our website, A QUESTION OF BALANCE and OUT OF THE SHADOWS, will be among the artwork displayed. Also classics from Michael’s own collection like LUMEN 4 and THE WAVE will be on display again for the first time in years!
The exhibition also features vibrant still life paintings by Christopher Pierce. Pierce is an avid gardener with established gardens in upstate New York from which he sources his breathtaking flower arrangements.
