The badass hombre to the right is Stephen R. Cox, author of the Mutant Hunter books. The creepy bastard above is his chief antagonist No Blood, the psychotic leader of a band of mutants known as Hydrates. The illustration, of course, is the handiwork of our very own Michael Whelan.
