THE ANGEL OF HAYHOLT*
Michael had originally started this drawing several years ago, but when the time came for him to do the angel statue in the cover painting for THE WITCHWOOD CROWN, he went back to it. It helped him work out the look of the angel, even though he ended up reversing it in the painting.
