OPALESCENT*
Many years ago, a good friend asked if I would be willing to design a dragon for his birthday. He was turning 50 and wanted to commemorate this milestone by getting his first ever tattoo!
In China, a pearl represents wisdom gained with age, so I painted the dragon holding a pearl. OPALESCENT was the preliminary design for that tattoo.
